Daniel Reiser

Daniel Reiser is an experienced regulatory attorney, investment banker and compliance officer specilising in European and US securities regulation covering M&A, corporate finance, broker-dealers, asset managers, UCITS and 40 act funds. He has focused his career on the formation, regulatory, compliance and legal support of full-scope and special-purpose financial institutions around the globe.

Daniel has experience as a director, co-CEO, special board counsel, Head of Compliance, and General Counsel to several global financial institutions over the years. He has broad based regulatory, product, registration and strategy knowledge; including equities, fixed income products, futures, options, commodities, real-estate, derivatives, complex financing, fund structuring and trading strategies in both listed and private markets. In addition, he is an AML/KYC technical specialist.
