Ropsley Church

Day 7 - We were off to an appointment at Boothby Pagnell Manor House which was just three miles down the road but before we went we had time to look around Ropsley itself.

Ropsley ChurchRopsley Church has a fine church with a broached spire and is dedicated to St. Peter. It has an Anglo-Saxon nave and west wall while much of the rest of the structure is medieval. Inside there is a 14th century effigy of a lady in an arched recess.
