Refund / Return Policy
Products purchased that are downloadable are, by definition, not returnable and therefore, NOT refundable. Products purchased that are not downloadable (CD-ROM's,Ê Books, Certificates, Bookmarks, etc.) may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges of $5.00. However, before any product may be returned and any refund or credit issued, the customer must notify the British History Club by email [ CLICK HERE ] requesting authorization and stating reasons for the return/refund. All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and billing department.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT PROVIDE IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD OR ACCESS TO CONTENT. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF DOWNLOADING OR ACCESSING CONTENT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
The British History Club reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion, for any reason it deems necessary. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised policy on the British History Club web site.
