Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, is toasted with champagne as she leaves church at Sandringham, eastern England, on her 96th birthday (August 5). The tribute was provided by members of the Guild of Professional Toastmasters who presented her with a special consignment of champagne that was shared with the Royal party and the crowd of well-wishers who added informality to the occasion by singing, "For She's A Jolly Good Fellow!"
