The Flying Dutchman
North Sea

For many centuries has the Dutch phantom ship haunted the aters of the North Sea. The blasphemies of her skipper, von Falkenberg, have drawn this curse upon her, and neither ship nor crew shall ever find rest again. Without helm or helmsman, she drives helpless before the gale, and forever is the play at dice with the Devil for his soul. In Cornwall another legend tells of a phantom ship whose appearance always presages a wreck.
