William Henry Cavendish Bentinck 3rd Duke of Portland 1783, 1807-09 WHIG/TORY
Bentinck, 3rd Duke of Portland, became prime minister in a Charles James Fox-Frederick North coalition government which overthrew the Shelburne government. He was again prime minister from (1806-07) as a Tory during the French Revolution.
