 Wimbledon Cup
Strawberries and Cream are always associated with the annual lawn tennis championships held at Wimbledon. Here they combine to make a lovely refreshing drink. Makes 1 Champagne saucer.
INGREDIENTS: Pimm's No. 1 - 25 ml (1 fl oz), Gin - 25 ml (1 fl oz), Strawberry syrup - 1 tbsp, Mandarin juice - 25 ml (1 fl oz), Double cream - 25 ml (1 fl oz).
COOKING: 1. Shake and strain into a champagne saucer.
