Whisky Cream Liqueur
A lovely homemade cream liqueur, similar to Bailey's. Serves 4.

INGREDIENTS: Soft brown sugar - 1 tbsp, Hot water - 2 tbsp, Vanilla extract - tsp, Drambuie - 5 tbsp, Single cream - 300 ml.

COOKING: 1. Dissolve sugar in hot water. Allow to cool.
2.Stir in the vanilla, Drambuie and cream. Chill before serving. Serve poured into liqueur glasses.
3. This will keep for 4 days in a refrigerator.
