Irish Coffee This is a classic after-dinner coffee. If you don't have any Irish whiskey, try using whatever whisky you have to hand. Makes 1.
 INGREDIENTS: Irish whiskey - 2 tbsp, Brown sugar - 2 tsp or 3 sugar cubes (more or less to taste), Freshly made strong coffee, Double cream.

COOKING:1. Warm a stemmed goblet or medium sized coffee cup with hot water. Quickly wipe dry.
2. Pour in the whiskey, add sugar and fill with hot coffee to within 2 cm (1 inch) of the rim.
3.Stir briskly to dissolve the sugar.
4. Top up with cream, pouring it into the goblet or cup over the back of a teaspoon.
5. Serve immediately.
