 Real Hot Chocolate
This is a wonderful treat to make on those cold winter days! Makes 1 mug.
INGREDIENTS: Plain chocolate - 25g (1 oz), broken, Grated nutmeg - pinch, Milk - 200ml (7 fl oz), Sugar - to taste, Double cream - 1 tbsp, whipped, Grated chocolate - a sprinkle.
COOKING: 1. Place the chocolate, nutmeg, milk and sugar to taste in a saucepan. Heat gently until the chocolate melts. Do not boil.
2. Serve topped with the whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
