Fudge Drops
Use coloured glace cherries to add colour to these fudge drops. Makes 36 drops.

INGREDIENTS: Milk - 150 ml, Light brown sugar - 450 g (1 lb), Butter -15 g (* oz), Salt - pinch, Vanilla essence - * tsp, Crunchy peanut butter - 175 g (6 oz), Porridge oats - 100 g (3* oz), Muesli with no added sugar - 100 g (3* oz), Glace cherries - 75 g (3 oz) chopped.

COOKING: 1. Place the milk, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla essence in a pan and bring to a boil, stirring. Boil for 2 minutes stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat.
2. Stir in the peanut butter. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto non-stick baking paper and leave to set.
