Crab Salad
If you are using fresh crabs in their shells you will need
two large crabs to produce the weight specified. The dish looks good garnished with crab claws.

INGREDIENTS: Lemon juice - 2 tbsp, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp, Natural yogurt - 2 tbsp, Crab meat - 450g (1 lb), Cucumber - 1 diced, Tomatoes - 4, skinned and cubed, Pasta shells - 110g (4 oz) cooked, Lettuce - 1 shredded, Cucumber and lemon slices - to garnish.

COOKING:1. Mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and yogurt.
2. Combine the dressing with the remaining ingredients except the lettuce.
3. Serve the crab salad on a bed of shredded lettuce,
garnished with cucumber and lemon slices, accompanied
with brown bread and butter.
