Buck's Fizz Invented by Mr. McGarry, a barman at the BuckĠs Club, London in 1921. He stated that the drink should have a ratio of one-third orange to two-thirds champagne. Makes 1 wine glass.
 INGREDIENTS: Champagne - 100ml (3* fl oz), Orange juice - 50 ml, Grenadine - 1 tsp.

COOKING:1. Add ingredients to a frosted wine glass.
