Apple and Cheese Pudding
 INGREDIENTS: Eating apples - 450 g (1 lb), sliced, Butter - 25 g (1 oz), Vanilla essence - few drops, Milk - 150 ml, Curd cheese - 100 g (3* oz), Eggs - 2, Caster sugar - 25 g (1 oz).
 COOKING: 1. Cook the apples gently in butter and vanilla essence until slightly soft, place in a buttered ovenproof dish.
2. Beat together the milk, cheese, eggs and sugar. Pour over the apples.
3. Bake at 190C / 375F / Gas 5 for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
