Hi people - Im a keen amateur cook; I came across an electronic thermometer on ebay that has been dead handy in making sure my meat is cooked when I expect it to be! Just thought id let you know that this stuff is available, cos i found it by accident. do a search for 'electronic thermometer' on ebay if you're interested.
