The more molasses, the darker and moister. A product called Turanado[spelling?] is cane brown sugar.Muscovado Sugar is very dark brown to black colored, unrefined sugar obtained by evaporation of cane sugar and draining off the molasses. Typically, its sugar crystals are enveloped in a thick coat of molasses and loaded with the richness of nutrients and minerals. It has a nutty, caramel flavor, natural moistness, and bitter molasses aroma.
