Subject: Somerset Apple Cake
I have just followed the recipe for Somerset Apple Cake on What's Cooking by Helen Watson, and there was no mention of where to put the ltbsp of honey and the ltbsp of light demerara sugar. I am assuming it goes on top of the
finished cake, is that before or after cooking??
