not for even for a minute should we forget the past and, yes, we should learn from our mistakes.

I have lived in Wales almost all my life (while in the merchant navy I visited "the Americas" it gave me good reason to come back home.)
I have never been a slave to anyone, I am not unpatriotic, I love my country more than most. I have one regret though I don't speak the language of my parents/grandparents and heaven.

I have and will continue to fight injustice where I find it. but, looking to the past does nothing to improve the future.

I heard a saying once that "20-20 hindsight is hypocrisy" how true.

I hope that Mirabel will be returned to, or maybe improved on, it's past glory.
this is your job from now on, lobby the politicians bring like minded people together and make a contribution to the future of Mirabel.

I look forward to your progress reports.
