Question about Welsh dialect and grammar

I'm trying to go from "formal Welsh" to a colloquial form. I will be visitng Wales (specif. Aberystwyth) in a year. Some questions for anyone, please: Does the Western dialect use the N. forms of "bod" (Dw wyt mae, dan dach dyn) or the S. forms: wy wyt mae, dyn dych dyn?
Also: Does the W. dialect use the -iff form of the 3rd Future or the -th form (Northern)?
