Aircol Lawhir, King of Dyfed
(born c.437)
(Latin-Agricola, English-Agricola)
The son and heir of King Triffyn Farfog, Aircol Lawhir or Long-Handed, was a great benefactor of Llandaff Cathedral in the late 5th century. He was also a patron of St.Teilo and St.Oudoceus. The latter's father, King Budic II of Brittany, had found refuge at Aircol's Court when expelled from his own country.
