     Yes, its the only way I book travel, nowadays

     Yes, you guys've been around a long time and are pretty credible; I'd trust you

     I am completely comfortable with the process of making reservations online
     I have more confidence in a website that offers me the option of speaking with a real person by telephone

     Airport security is better than ever and I am not concerned about traveling now
     Airport security is shaky, at best, and I'm not taking any chances
     I'm not absolutely safe anywhere, so I may as well travel
     I'd travel if I had to, but I think its more prudent to wait for a while

     Yes, I hate those irritating pop-up windows and ugly banners advertising things I don't care about
     No, I hate all that stuff, too, but I won't pay for anything on the web

8. Would you mind having commercial advertising on the Britannia site if it is tastefully presented?
     Yes, commercial advertising detracts from the quality of the content and destroys
            Britannia's credibility as a reliable source of information
     No, ads are perfectly fine with me so long as they are not too annoying and I don't have to
            pay anything to access the site

9. Would you mind having advertising on Britannia if it were used only to promote our own
    internal content features or products/services related to site content?
     Yes, I can't tell you why but there must be something wrong with it
     No, the ads would help me find out about things I might not otherwise run across

     Yes, I understand that content doesn't grow on trees and would be willing to pay so long as
            the content is convenient to access, factually correct, entertaining or unique
     No, I've told you before that I think everything on the web should be free
